download problems

Downloads and uploads seem to be frozen. Some uploads show " transfer interrupted". Any help would be appreciated

Maybe your system is too fragmented, use disk defrag and analyze, and if it says you need it defrag your system. This could return your system to a healthier state and ability to perfrom downloads.
