Default Nothing Downloads AT ALL

No matter what I search for. No matter how many I select to download. Doesn't matter if it has 1 sharing or over 100 sharing. Doesn't matter if the bit rate is blank or 320. NOTHING will download at all. It says Connecting then More sources needed... For every single thing I try to download. I have tried changing the ports on my router. I have tried skipping my router completely. I have tried on several different computers. Nothing downloads no matter what. Does ANYONE have any idea why? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been all over looking for an answer, seems others have the same problem but no one has a valid solution.

Thanks
lava

Try searching for some really old song that's not popular at all. Try using the All Types search too...does the same thing still happen?

Are you fully connected to the network?
Have you used LW before or is this your first try with it?
Delete LW's preferences folder when LW is properly closed. Points 2 & 3 below have instructions.
Fixes for LimeWire

You could try the 4.13.0 beta & see if the same thing happens.

Most of the time, this connecting/need more sources thing is because people are trying to download fake files (you've probably read about that...if you haven't, use the forum search to look for fake files) but every so often it turns out that someone can't download anything at all. I don't know why.

I have tried very old songs, nothing downloads at all.

I have used limewire for a couple years now, no problems until the last couple days.

This is happening on 3 of my computers. All at the same time. All use to work perfect before. Nothing has changed as a result of my actions.

Having the same issues as thelava.... been using LW for years, and since 2 days ago, I could not download anything at all. I just get stuck at connecting, then LW attempts to find mroe sources, repeatedly, no matter what I search for or attempt to download (including old music). Any help would be much appreciated.
