 Problem Opening downloaded files Tere doesn't seem to be a problem downloading files however when I got to open them (zip/rar) I get a dialogue box that says :Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You might not have appropriate permissions to access the file". What does this mean, happened with 2 downloaded files. I'm the only user on this computer I set the permissions, I am the administrator, HELP!! Would like to be able to open the files I've downloded  |
