I've seen a bunch of posts similar to mine, however rather then a song or band or whatever, I cant seem to dl any files over a certain file size. So far the largest file I've been able to dl is 107megs, anything larger jus does the connecting to need more sources thing, regardless of how many users there are to dl from. I can still dl both audio and video files, just none larger then 107megs it seems. Anyone know whats goin on here?

Probably the files you've been trying to d/load are fakes. See Recognising Fake files.

Check files with Bitzi Web Lookup before downloading. It'll help you sort out if it's a good file or not. Also preview the file when it gets to 10% to check that it's what the title says.
