Unhappy Missing Downloads

I've been downloading music to my shared file from my personalized cd collection plus downloading music from Limewire. It seems that every day or so whether I turn off my computer or not that they come up as missing. I am using Limewire 4.10.9 Pro under Windows Media Center 2005 with SP2. I have run a virus check on my system and found no errors. I have not stopped sharing my files. My firewall is always up. The only exception is when I have to restart Limewire because the indicator for my firewall is gone. Can Anyone help me please....

I have no answer, but a similar problem. I download a few songs, they appear in my limewire library, but not my media player 10 library. I also run Media Center 2005, with sp 2. My firewall is up regardless. I am confused.....

Wink This May Help

Within most media player there is an option to add libraries or search drives for media files. Add your library that you download music from limewire to, to this list. Or use the search for media option and restrict it to just that library. Had to play around with it a little to get it right.

Hi Doodle.
Just one more thing, Sony have just been fined for putting software on CD's
That upset your computer,if you try to copy them, so if you load from CD, turn off automatic copy, Scan CD first, befor copying.
Peace.
