files i click won't download
 

when i try downloading a file, i double click it as usual but then nothing happens. the file doesn't appear in "the place on the screen where it downloads" no idea what it's called...but i hope you can understand the problem. i click on it, but nothing happens. please help :(

Have you tryed Going to Tools/options/searching/basic, and untick the show licence box, Try it and post back.
