Multiple Queueing

Still struggling with same IP's putting in multiple requests for one file, I wonder do ''Dynamic IP's '' have any effect on LWire? does LWire recognise them?and auto block?
Any Ideas?

Or maybe things like '' Download accelerators '' may have this effect???
How does LWire deal with D A's??
Would this show as multiple upload attempts on the same file??
Is anybody outhere??
