 I'd say it's your ISP as they are known to block p2p... http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ghlight=rogers You could try changing the listen port in limewre... go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Firewall and try something between 49152 up to 65535, try this one 64049....
