I think this is how you get to where you need to be:

Tools...options...bug reports...view example

At the end it should say 'true'

If it doesn't say true, that means that there could be a firewall issue.

I think if it says "received incoming this session" true, then you should be ok but I still don't receive any uploads, even though it says this

my firewall is disabled.

the more I read about it, it sounds like Comcast is behind this. I called them but they said it wasn't them. Hmmmm. Do you think I should believe them?

This is so frustrating. I'm hoping it's just temporary. Sometimes strange things work themselves out but in the meantime, it's just killing me!

I wanted to make one more comment...sharing thousands of files may be asking for legal trouble/fines! I just remembered...some people have had trouble if they share tons of files. Try cutting back. See if that helps.
