Message :: Only search results with a [ ] are official LimeWire communications

Hello:

I need help with LimeWire, because showme a message that i never saw before [Only search results with a (?) are official LimeWire communications]

And the link says that...
...We have received many warnings of viruses and trojans pretending to be updates to LimeWire in your search results. You can only be sure a search result is direct from Lime Wire, LLC if it has a in the quality column.

If you have run such an update in the past, LimeWire may be corrupted. You must update with the current official version available here to guarantee you are using the latest official LimeWire.

And I don't have viruses and nothing of that, because i formated my hard disk and reinstalled Windows, and i have nothing else, how can i get viruses in my PC?

Please help me with this problem, i don't know what to do with this.
