I cant find where my music goes after I clear inactive downloads. It used to go to the library but now I loose it somewhere. And why cant I download the new [edit], it gets stuck on connecting.

Try clicking on one of your files in the LW library and clicking on explore it should open up your shared folder, by default this folder will be in : HDD > Documents and settings > User name > Shared....

If you cannot connect to a file that you want and/or you keep getting the need more sources message and the file had heaps of hosts it's more than likely a fake file...
