Download function does not work at all.
 

Hello all,

My installation of Limewire 4.12.11 recently became incapable of downloading files. I can connect, and can search for files and such, but the download function now does absolutely nothing. Meaning, double-clicking on a file, right-clicking then selecting download, or highlighting a file and selecting the download button all do nothing. Files just will not queue for download. I haven't made any settings or configuration changes in Limewire. I can't recall installing or removing any other software since Limewire last worked correctly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling limewire. When that didn't work I uninstalled again, searched for any registry entries for Limewire and removed them, then reinstalled again. No luck. I also tried a system restore to a restore point where I know I was still able to download and nothing. Does this at all sound familiar to anyone, or might anyone have some other suggestions for me? I'm all out of ideas. Thanks
