Delete no working?

Hello all, I've been bored and just downloading random pictures of funny things I can find to entertain me until I go in to college at 12, but I downloaded a picture and now it seems to be stuck on my desktop. There's nothing on the picture at all, and there seems to be no way of deleting it. The only options when I right click it are 'preview, edit, print, open with..., and sent to >'. There's no delete button. I've tried dragging it into the recycle bin as I do usually if I donwloaded a bum file by mistake, but nothing works. Is this a virus or what? How do I go about deleting it?

Try deleting it from your limewire library and then run a full system scan just in case...

It might not delete because it is being shared. Try closing LW then deleting. If that doesn't work, see Incomplete Download File won't delete at all (click on link)
