no incoming hosts?

anyone have an idea why i can't get any incoming hosts? i had v.1.6d and i had hosts galore, then i upgraded to v2.02 and everything got screwed up. then, i "upgraded" to 1.7c (because v2.x is just awful) but i still can't get any incoming host connections and i can't download anything. any ideas? thanks.

I just downloaded this program for the first time and I also have a problem. When I connect, someone called ultrapeer starts an outgoing session which blocks everything.
