when downloaded song only plays intro

All of my songs I try and download do the same thing....I get them downloaded and they're not the full song, only the intro (like 5-7 secs) plays over and over....i can't ever get a full song. What should I do to fix this problem? THANKS

have you been keeping an eye on what you are actually choosing to download - there is lots of info in the tips and tricks section.

I'll read the tips and tricks.....but sometimes I might download (try to anyways) 10-15 of em, and NONE of them work

Haha, no I'm not....it's on my personal laptop in my home. My songs used to download just fine, then all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago it started doing this.

What about how you connect to the internet, is it via an ISP of your choosing or one chosen by your apartment's landlord?
