Default I think I have the solution.

I was having the same 0 search results. I went to the "Connections" tab to make sure I had connections and I noticed that all the connections had almost the same number. I highlighed the connections and hit the remove button until they all went away and I got new ones. To make sure they were good I browsed them. Looks like someone is trying to sabatage us with some kind of bogus ultrapeers.

I was having this exact issue. I tried reinstalling, turning off the router and rebooting (I have qwest dsl), nothing worked. Then I deleted the .limewire folder in:
C:\Documents and Settings\User
restarted the program, put my personal options back the way I like, and wham it worked. I have no knowledge why this this did it. I did notice note that when I first uninstalled limewire I did not remove my personal settings. Good luck.

No reinstalling or deleting necessary for me. I just removed the bad hosts I was connected to.
But I just checked back on my connections and it looks as if one of them has made their way back. The host number is 204.11.219.231. If you are connected to a similar number you will lose search results. You can tell if it is bad by browsing it. If the browse comes back with an error get rid of that host.

Pray tell, how do you remove the bad hosts?

All you have to do is open your Connections tab. It is right between the Library tab and the Monitor tab. Then click on a host to highlight it. Then hit the browse button at the bottom. If it gives the error pop up you will need to remove that host. Just click the remove button to the left of the browse button. a new host will appear. Continue doing that until you have three good hosts and you will be fine until another bogus one sneaks in. Then you will have to repeat the procedure.

I've been having this problem for like 2 days and this totally worked for me. I have searches again! Thanks so much nedfit!
