![]() Hello Everyone, A couple of weeks ago I started noticing that my downloads would start to dribble in. Searches became much slower, downloads even worse at 1 to 2 KB/S. Now I contacted my ISP and run many independant speed tests and nothing has changed with that. Still strong at just under 6Mb/s. Now the thing is that Limewire still dribbles in with every download I try. The strongest and weakest connections provide the same results. I'm sure I'm not falling for spam content as well as allowing limewire to connect. The download works fine but is as slow as molasses. I have Norton set to allow everything but not sure if it is overriding me some how. Could someone more experienced please advise. OS: Windows XP SP2 Ram: 2 GB Limewire: 4.12.11 Java: 1.5.0_06 ISP: 6Mb/s Cable |
