I can't listen to my music

I used to be able to listen to the musis I was downloading and also to the music in my library but for some reason I can't now? Whats wrong

What player are you using ?? Which player do you have set as your default player ??

Sometimes LW's media player is unreliable. Best to use your default player. Go to LW's menu bar, Tools -> Options > Player. Then disable the media player.

everytime i want to listen to music it says my filed are zipped and compressed and i cant play any music why is this?

Probably because the default program to open them is the wrong one. You need to change the default back to your normal audio player. Hopefully that's not WMP which doesn't always have the correct codecs to play all media files.
(a) Setting default audio program. But also check you have correct audio codecs for your player. You still haven't told us what your normal player is.
(b) CODECs list and alternate players for Audio & Movies

Or you have that dreaded virus that's going around...It changes all of your downloaded files into zip...
The only AV that I know of to get rid of this virus is AVG, it is free...So if you aren't running that AV the best thing to do is disable the one you have and download AVG, scan your computer, get rid of the virus and then you can uninstall AVG and make your normal AV active again...

I got it my default player was all messed up but now its working again, but I did download the a virus scanner afraid of that virus. Thank you

Your situation was a little different to Liverpool_07..But at least you now know about that dreaded zip file virus...
