![]() You might need to Un-install limewire and re-install it ? make sure you have a copy of the limewire installation file before you uninstall it. I uninstall mine once a week so that people can reconnect and download more files after they have reached there limit, i have a lot files you might try to pause the downloads and restart them, before you uninstall it ? I am new to limewire and hope i can help others, once you uninstall it you will loose all the files you are currently trying to download, so you will need to re-download them :-( and if it says you already have a copy, choose to append a number to the new file, and then see if that works. ________________________________________ Edited to comply with the House Rules. ![]() Have you allowed limewire in your virus protection software ? "C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe" copy the addy and open your virus protection and find the allow list and paste the addy into the allow list and maybe you have a compatability issue, you can try to run limewire in another platform and allow other users access to limewire "C:\Program Files\LimeWire\LimeWire.exe" so right click the limewire icon, choose properties then choose compatability, and try to run it in a diffrent platform, and also check the box to run as adminastrator and you might as well go into the sharing section and allow anyone on your computer to access limewire, I hope this helps but if not let us know and we will try to find another fix for it, |
