Default download problems

Hi,
I have been using Limewire for ages now, but about three weeks ago, I can't seem to download. I tried to download a 4 star rate audio with plenty of users about, and it shows downloading from 8 or 9 users, but at only 1kbs and then 0kbs, still showing d/l from the same amount of users!!...grrrrrrrrrrr.
I even invested in Limewire Pro but the same problem exists.
I have an HP computer and broadband. I have only 256ram, but that hasnt changed in years. I have Norton antivirus and firewall....again it has previously worked fine with all this

HEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP!!!!

Hi,
I have Windows xp, HP A510uk computer, 250 ram, 80g hard drive (68% free), Talktalk service provider with Thomson speedtouch 330 modem(broadband)Norton antivirus and internet security (no brick wall showing), connecting from home, Limewire 4.12 pro(just downloaded due to mentioned problems arising), not sharing with other computers, and "my test worked"..... Nothing seems to have changed from when I could previously download to now! By the way, it states I have a turbo charged connection although fluctuates more than it usually did, and sometimes disconnects. Hope this is enough info!

Talk Talk are known to shape p2p traffic, so they may have picked you up as a heavy downloader and are now shaping your connection....
