WHY does this happen

Hello, Im new to all this but need to ask a question. I have been using Limewire for many months and I currently sharing 225 files , but I can download anything myself , the same download for the last few days.I just find this so frustating should I stop sharing ????????????

What happens when you try to download something? Do files move into the download pane but get stuck connecting & then need more sources forever? Or do the files just sit there & do nothing?

If it's the first scenario, could be fake files. See below for more info & tips (especially using Bitzi to check files before download).

it always comes up awaiting sources / need more sources.It downloads straight away - connecting then more sources etc

I'm confused. It downloads straight away, or it doesn't download? One or the other. If the file's NOT downloading, sits connecting forever then needs more sources...check out the links about fake files in my other post.

Do a test. Try to download an old song (say 2 years old). Choose a file with 10 sources or less. Does it download?
