Default Problems with files after downloading

All my files transfer themselves to zip file and now i can't play them...please help

Oh dear not good....You have a virus.. The only AV that I know of to get rid of this virus is AVG, it is free...So if you aren't running that AV the best thing to do is disable the one you have and download AVG, scan your computer, get rid of the virus and then you can unistall AVG and make your normal AV active again...

i already did that before i posted a thread but it didnt' change my music back to normal...how do i do that...its a lot of music i will lose if i have to delete them...please help me

The virus killed all of your music, you can't get it back.....Unless you download it again...
That's the point of this virus...So be careful with what files you download and always scan every file before playing it....
