Ahhh...help! I get nothing!

when I type in the artist, all that comes up are the songs I've downloaded by them before but I get NO new results...why is that? I haven't been able to download any songs for a while now! Nothing comes up when I type in the song/artist! HELP! I've uninstalled Limewire like 10 times already and still nothing! I don't know what else I can do?
