Limewire and Ipod help needed =]

okay I just downloaded Limewire this evening.
And I can download files and put them into Itunes just fine, but when I try to sync them to my Ipod, it goes through all the "do not disconnect stuff" and then it says its finished. But the files from Limewire are not showing up on my actual Ipod. So what's up with it... is it Limewires fault, my Itune's fault or my Ipods fault??

Helpppp:eek:

The only way I have found to transfer my LW to iTunes is to Enque everything you want into a playlist in the LW window, then save it your desired location. Then open iTunes, select add file to library, and select your saved playlist. Voila! It should work. Good luck!

Okay n00b question coming up... but where do i find the playlist?

sorry.. I've only had Limewire for like a half hour.

When you download something fully, it will appear in your library. Simply click on the "Library" tab at the top of the page, and then select the music you want. Then hit "Enqueue", and it will add the selected music to a list at the bottom. They save that list as and where you want, and then open iTunes. Select file, add file to library. Open the saved playlist from LW, and there you go! Hope this helps!

Okay... it did work. I have the files in my Itunes Library
but they still arent syncing to my Ipod.
Is that just my Ipod being generally stupid?

I generally add them to a playlist, and they work...if they still don't work, then I have no idea why =(. Hope someone else can help!

You have to convert your files. Just right click on the files you have uploaded on itunes. and you will see "convert to AAC" or sumthing similar. Ive done this before and it has worked fine for me:laugh_2:

I've done that and it still doesn't work.
Im getting really frustrated with it now.
