My Enqueue Button is not lit

Help!!
After I download my songs and go to the Library to select and (Enqueue), it doesn't let me!!! I used to be able to do that. Normally I would select a song and then hit the Enqueue button and it would start a list and then I would save it, then open the file up in my Windows Media Player and transfer to my MP3 Player. Please help!!!!!

Try deleting your preference folder it may help...;)
