 Reformatted computer lost Limewire Pro On 2/28/2006 I purchased Lime Wire Pro. I still have the transaction approved paper that I printed out. I had to reformat my computer and lost the program. When I tried to re-download it at the page below: LimeWire PRO Customers * Need to Download LimeWire PRO? Enter the email address you used to purchase LimeWire PRO: I put in the email address that I had at the time and it said \\\"The email address was not found.\\\" I realize the updates and support is only for 6 months, but the cost of the program says \\\"Get Pro for a single payment of only $18.88\\\". So I should still be able to download and use the program, just not get the free updates and support. I don't know where to turn now. HELP!!   |
