Reformatted computer lost Limewire Pro
 

On 2/28/2006 I purchased Lime Wire Pro. I still have the transaction approved paper that I printed out. I had to reformat my computer and lost the program. When I tried to re-download it at the page below:

I put in the email address that I had at the time and it said \\\"The email address was not found.\\\" I realize the updates and support is only for 6 months, but the cost of the program says \\\"Get Pro for a single payment of only $18.88\\\". So I should still be able to download and use the program, just not get the free updates and support. I don't know where to turn now.

the only version of LW available at any given time is the most current one, i.e. an update from the previous one...the only exception would be the next version being available as a beta at the same time the current one is available...get it?

soooo...the only version currently available to you is an update, which since your subscription expired is NOT available unless you pay again...afaik you are eligible for a reduced price since you are a former customer...

sounds like you've learned a valuable lesson about reformatting your HDD..i.e. back up all important data before you start the process (computers 1a)
