Basic Faster than Pro??? how to fix this

I recently downloaded Pro but now almost wished I hadn't. Basic seemed much faster no it is taking me 1-3 days to download a movie instead of a few hours.

5. ........cable.......upto 5Mbs download and 512kbs.....
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?

9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)?

download speed is 5Mb/s how to convert??
upload is 64Kb/s
Limewire settings are default

Any suggestions??????
