Default Ridiculously Slow DL speeds

As per title, not managing anything over 5KB/s averagge. Also recently the only thing that ever seems to happen is limewire saying "not enough sources" after every connection attemp. Now this happens with 99% of files, so no chance of "fake files" being the issue here. (although im dubious as to that speculation anyway, if a file is fake then why is it being shared so many times...) Tried downloading from that magnetmix.com place, and even that hovered around 1, then 0 but never above 2KB/s
