What is my Podcast URL and where do I find it?

Are you trying to transfer files to iTunes? Are you getting a message that the file's "not a valid podcast URL"?

If that's what's happening, you'll need to transfer songs from your saved folder rather than from LW's library;) Go to LW's library, highlight the song you want to transfer & click Explore...your saved folder will show up. Add to iTunes from that saved folder. There's more info in this thread.
