Hi!
Okay, well I just recently started sharing music and files, yet the problem is that when I go to search for them, I can't find them! I've gotten lots of hits, meaning that others have gotten them in their search results, but not mine! Can I even see my own shared music? And if so, can anyone tell me what the problem is?

You usually can't see your own files in a search
Do you ever see any uploads in progress when you click on the Monitor tab?

Do you see the firewall icon (brick wall in front of the blue globe)? If so, it'll be very hard for other people to download from you.
If you see that firewall icon, give us your system details.
