I dont know how to play video, help plz
 

This is my first attemt at using lime wire, I wanted to download a pilates videa and I did, its there in the library, I just dont know how to watch it, I did the launch thingy and assumed it would just go to my windows media player but its not there, could someone help me figure this out please. Thank ya much.
