![]() Well, I guess by reading the forum that I'm not the only one to have this problem. .sit,.img,.dmg. won't open or unstuff on my mac under Mac OS 9.2.2. The remain limewire files, though they got the right file extensions. I tried everything possible: changing files's names, downgrading from LimeWire 2.1 to LimeWire 2.0, upgrading to Limewire 2.1.1 beta, upgrading Stuffit expander 5.5 to Stuffit Lite 6.5.1, upgrading diskcopy to 6.3.3; it's still NOT WORKING!!! I always got the same error message from stuffit (file corrupted or invalid archive)and diskcopy (error -8816, file is not from a recognised type). I just don't know what to do, maybe downgrading to an earlier version of LimeWire, throw my Mac by the window? I'm waiting for your clever suggestions. And if it's a known bug of LimeWire, please fix it, you genius programmers! |
