![]() for some reason eveyr verson after 1.8 I've used te download speeds never seems to exceed a number that is not visible in the K/s window. This goes for uploads too. They download extremely slowly, everyone of them. It isn't my connectiona nd it isn't there's. It's a new phenom. Only every so often will a file transfer over 1 KB/s. What could be causing this? I'd liek ot allow people to get files from me but they trnasfer so slowly that barely anyt of them complete. Brian |
