Well I thank you for the advice, unfortunetly I tried all of it as instructed, and I still can't download a thing. to be honest I'm so frustrated over spending money on pro for nothing and not getting a lick of support from the tech support. I'm about ready to turf the whole computer out the window. I also called my ISP and they said that I have no restriction on my account and there is no shaping going on. with all that said if there is any more suggetions, I would very willing to try them also.
