Searching Problem I just installed limewire on my new laptop and this version is a bit different than the older one on my PC. I set it up for my music to be saved in a new shared folder and went to the options and set it as so, but for some reason when I go to search for music it only shows music that is already in my library as the results and no other files besides those. How do I get the search to not be of my library and have it be of the downloads like usual? Please help! |
Not sure what you mean. Do you mean that when you do a search with LW the only files that come up are the ones that you have already downloaded? In other words they have a green checkmark by them in the quality column? More details please. System details - help us to help you |
Yes, that is what I mean. The bars at the bottom do not light up green all the way either... only the first one. But it doesn't make sense because I can open limewire on my pc (sitting right next to my laptop) and it has all 5 green bars lit up and my laptop only has the first tiny one. I already tried disabling my norton firewalls and turning like everything off and it still didn't change the quality of the connectivity. |
