When i try to drag music from LImewire to ITune I receive this message "file:/C:/doucments%20and%20settings/owner/shared does not seem to be a valid PODCAst URL. I don't know that much about computers so could someone please tell me what this mean and explain to me how to fix the problem.

Are you dragging from your LW library to iTunes? Try dragging from your saved folder instead. In LW's library, highlight the file & then click Explore...your saved folder should open, try to drag into iTunes from there.
