Incomplete files deleted
 

I have set the program to only delete incomplete files after 99 days.

However, it will delete recent files without warning when the following happens:

- start downloading file
- downloading begins "Downloading from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
- file is partially downloaded (annoyingly often > 90%)
- download is interrupted for unknown reason "Could Not Download"
- click "Clear Inactive"
- Incomplete file disappears
