Everything checks out OK;

No firewall. showing "hits" in my library... but can't find my own files in my own search should I be able to ? Thanks

No. LW is not designed to show your own files in searches. It would be a little pointless for it to do that. Though for some reason, the odd person can see their own file, which has been an anomoly.
