Downloading from Limewire
 
Hi I recently got a different PC,its an xp home,basic.I had no problem downloading limewire but it won't let me download the music,does anyone know why?Help would be so much appriciated.Thankyou

Go to Tools > Options > Searching > Lisence Warning and make sure the box is not ticked and select apply...

If that does not help try going to your Connections Tab in limewire, if it's not showing up go to Veiw > Show/Hide and make sure the connection tab has a tick next to it...
Then click on the Hosts and remove them and let Limewire search for some more...
(try to take note of the hosts IP numbers if the same ones keep re-appearing add them to your host filter...) ;)

Tools > Options > Filters and select the Host Filter and add these IP's into it and select apply...

I have limewire version 4.12.11, if i download the newer version of limewire will all my music and videos be deleted from the limewire i have now if i download the newer version?

No, they will be right there in the new version...Just download and install straight over the top of the version you are running now...
No need to uninstall anything...;)
