I need some help with Limewire (songs changed to .zip files)

Can some one please tell me how to unzip my limewire songs so i can play and record them?:bangh: Or at least tell me WHY my songs were zipped? IM VERY NEW AT THIS!!

If you have windows xp pro, open the file where the songs are saved and highlight the song, there should be a option at the top of the control panel on the left side, there should be a unzip option.
