Default struggling to download

Hi all

Having a few problems with Limewire. had an old version installed and was getting nowhere so i got the new version 4.14.8 Worked for about an hour then stopped. Changed the firewall settings relative to my linksys - worked for an hour then stopped. The first time i got the connection towers to show only one bar, now i have all of them green, but all my DLs are "queued" and it doesn't matter what it is.

My system is as follows:

1. OS: XP MCE
2. What firewalls you have? Windows firewall, norton 2007, router and server
3. How much ram? 1GB
4. Hard Disk space available? 1.3TB (free!)
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) Cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Linksys wrt56GX2
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? 4.14.8 & Java 1.6.0_02
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? BELD
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here:it worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. NO
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. 1st try in a while. Used it before, no issues, but because of being unable to connect, left it for a while. Trying again.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? port forwarding
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall Norton 2007 Internet Security (LW is allowed through)
16. What country are you living in? USA

Thanks for the help
