 A bit more info would be nice  I'm guessing you can download music without a problem? What happens when you try to download video files? Do they sit connecting for ages & then need more sources forever?? If that's what's happening, sounds like you're seeing fake files. Always check files with Bitzi before download. If a file has heaps of sources but no Bitzi rating, chances are it's a fake.
