i can't download!

hi!
that my problem:
my little brother used the programm while i wasn't there. he says that there appered a window, and he clicked on "use this answer every time". but he cant remember enything else. and now i cant download, when i click on "download" nothing works,

so i cleaned this programm completly from platform c. and reinstalled it. but it doesnt work to, the same problemm...

so please help me, i dont know what i have to do
