I use Limewire on my pc at my daughters house with no problem (she has a cable connection. At my house I can't pull up 1 item (I have dial up). Can someone please help me. I am running windows 2000

i am able to connect to limewire and even get to the stage where the name of the song/singer comes up on the screen. thereafter it does not proceed forward. i thought that my subscription had ended but when i tried to extend, a message said i have already paid and therefore rejected my transaction. this is a recent phenomenon. can u help resove please?
