Default limewire and ccproxy not connecting

Hello there, this is my first thread and i kind of have a problem at work with the installation i have made, it is just a bunch of computers running windows xp mostly sp2, there is the server directly connected to a PPPOE internet connection and ccproxy running on it to control and monitor the internet and who uses it, everyone connects through the proxy server but the thing is eversince i have installed ccproxy i cannot connect to limewire service, i have read most of the threads regarding this issue in the forum but none helped, here is what i tried, first i tried to configure proxy the conventional way on socks5 or http but none worked, then i tried configuring both firewalls on the server and my laptop and ccproxy to accept TCP and UDP connections on port 6346 which is configured on limewire if someone can tell me what exactlyi need to do for it to work i would appreciate and i would like to note that it was working before ccproxy and in the ccproxy log i get connection requests on port 6346 but without any description and still limewire does not connect and i have been to a website that could probe ports on my pc and check if they r open, it keeps telling me that 6346 is closed, although i made sure to open it on my laptop and the server(on windows firewall and ccproxy that is). below are the answers to your set of questions, help would b appreciated. thank you.

1. OS version? windows xp sp2

2. What firewalls you have? windows firewall and ccproxy

3. How much ram? 512 mb for laptop and 256 for server

4. Hard Disk space available? 50 gb on laptop and 30 on server

9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Virtual ISP (Lebanon)
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? says "Your test worked"

11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.yes there are other computers but no peer-to-peer all of us connect to the server to get the connection, simple proxy setup. 192.168.0.1 is the gateway and the proxy address.

12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. new problem with kind of experienced user.

13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yes i do

16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). Lebanon and my isp does not block or limit limewire.
