If you clear a partially completed download, it does not automatically start up again, even though it is stored in the imcomplete directory. Does anyone know how to make it resume these partial downloads. I have a bunch of files that are 80 or 90% complete, would be nice to finish them. Thanks

... is the best advice i can give on that subject. if you happen to find the exact same file from the exact same user, chances are you'll get the file. keep doing a search for the exact file name in its entirety, and the same IP address may just come back up on your search screen.

I'm having real problems with resuming downloads with the new 2.1.1.

LW crashed while I was d/l (it has done this on a regular basis since I upgraded from 1.9b) and when I re-launched it, I was able to connect again, to the original host which was in the d/l window.
Only one problem - the file started to download again right from the start, even tho I was connected to the exact same host and it was d/l the exact same file.
