Make note that the wrt54 model of linksys was a "lemon", in that it had firmware problems that the company never bothered to fix (yes most of their other devices are of the highest quality!) As WW suggested, at least port forward is the best bet. ok- I uninstalled Java and then reinstalled it. I tried to do the port fowarding, but to be honest, im not paying $35 if I dont know for sure if it will work. But the Java didnt help... still searches for songs and has no results. Says still... Limewire is currently connecting to the network... your search may not return with many results until you are fully connected to the network.
How come this never happened with the old version of Limewire?

Hi everyone, I was very busy these past weeks but now I've logged on Limewirw and I found that I alwys get files that cannot be opened. Please can soneone tell my why. Thanks a lot for your reply and I'll be waiting. Cheers
