Everytime I pause or preview ,limewire freezes

I've been downloading a lot in the past few days, been doing it through wifi and I dled so much that I had about 3 gigs left on this laptop so I was dled today, a message popped out of no where stating that my limewire had some sort of problem, all the stuff I had dled was aborted , I found them again dled them but than nothing was really dled, so I go to preview or pause it and it just freezes, I re installed but still the same thing. Is there anything I can do?
