Unhappy Please Help Me: Moving files from Desktop to Laptop computer

I love my Limewire. I have all music on Limewire on my desktop home computer. Recently I purchased a brand new laptop and downloaded Limewire to it. I have a usb flash drive but I'm begging someone to explain in detail the process to get my music from the Limewire library on the desktop to my new laptop Limewire library, via the usb flash drive. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. Unfortunately, I'm an extra special kinda stupid.

You don't say what OS you are using. I use XP, so it's really simple. Not sure about Vista.
Plug in the Flash Drive and your computer should recognize it as being an external HDD. What ever drive make note. Now go to your shared folder outside of Limewire. Now you will be able to either copy or move files to the Flash Drive. Just click on a file and select one of the 2 options. Now a drop down menu will appear and select the Flash Drive destination. Hope this helps.

If you select copy the files will stay on your PC so you can have them on both computers.

If you wish to keep your incomplete files also, then copy your entire incomplete folder (all of them) over to new computer. Install LW & then close it. Then replace new incomplete folder with the old one. But ONLY whilst LW is closed.

Thanks so much for your help, it is greatly appreciated but I just don't seem to be able to get it to work. I'll keep trying though. Thanks so much once again. D.-
